One of Tyree's passions is white water kayaking. This weekend a bunch of us decided to all get together for a kayaking weekend in White Salmon, Washington. As me and Lily don't partake (grin) we were designated to run shuttle for the guys with a bunch of picture taking in between. The mountain you see is Mt Adams, yet another beautiful mountain located here in the Cascades.

I was so excited to get the opportunity to take some pictures of the guys running waterfalls on this river. I diligently practiced taking pics of the kayakers that came before them, lining up my shot, practicing my timing so as to get the perfect shot of them going over the falls.....well all well layed plans come to an end. The end of the battery that is....right before the guys came through, I ran out of battery and for the first time in years, did not have a spare.

Thus all the kayaking pictures you see are wonderful, but alas, not of anyone one I know <grin>
